Sicily 11-16

Mount Etna - the largest volcano in Europe. We went to the very top 3350m, considered the most active volcano in the world. It was all happening up there with the Giro d' Italia race on.

Teatro Greco a horseshoe shaped theatre, built in the 3rd century BC, known to be  the most dramatically situated Greek theatre in the world.






Cefalu - a day trip from Palermo.

  3. The photos are great and the sea looks magical! Mt Etna looks like you are on another planet. It is still cold and miserable here so it is wonderful to be transported to the other side of the world via your blog. Keep those photos coming!
